An ecological, biological, or organic product is certified and carries the corresponding ecological seal according to organic production regulations.

The fish jars do not have the European organic seal, and we'll tell you why: European legislation does not allow wild fish to be considered organic as their diet in the wild cannot be controlled.
That is why the jars that contain wild hake (a fish that cannot be obtained through fish farming) cannot have this seal.

Our recommendation is that, once opened, the jar should be consumed within a maximum of 24 hours, as long as you keep it in the refrigerator. In case you do not finish it and you are not going to consume it in those 24 hours, you can freeze it.
Check if the safety button on the top lid of the jar clicks or sinks: if it does, DO NOT CONSUME. It may have experienced a loss of vacuum due to an impact during transportation.
